I am Lazy!!!!


WOD 1/21: weighted pullups / clap pullups

i hit a couple pr's during this workout:
  • pullups + 75lbs x 2 reps
  • chinups + 75lbs x 3 reps

did a bunch of mixed grip pulls/chins with 75lbs in 1 rep sets as well.

also did a bunch of clap pullups in 1 rep sets.

however, hit a pr:

  • clap pullups x 7 reps (consecutive)

whoo!!!!

yikes btw i havent posted in damn near a month. this is only out of laziness, lol. the sad part is that in that time i have hit a ...bunch... of pr's, and of course i can barely remember them.

i know i've done a mod'd diane (w/185lbs dl and elevated pushups) and crushed my previous times. i did it in ~4min.

i can't even remember my other workouts. i did make up a bunch of workouts, however. i introduced crossfit to my new gf, who is a pilates/spin instructor, and so we did mod'd versions of many diff workouts. fortunately she loves it!!!

i also started doing pilates with her and she has introduced me to planks and other new exercises. it's all about variation, my friends.

12/28: rest day (1/2 week)

WOD 12/29: lunges (1/2 week)
  • lunges x 20 reps x 10 sets

total: 200 lunges

completed in: (cant remember!!!! blah - i think around 11m or so...not sure)

WOD 12/30: (1/2 week)

5 rounds for time of:

  • sdlhp (sumo-deadlift-high-pull) 45lbs x 25 reps
  • air squats x 25
  • elevated pushups (2.5ft) x 15 reps

total: sdlhp x 125 reps; air squats x 125 reps; elevated pushups x 75 reps

completed in: (i think) ~17m

12/31: rest day (1/2 week)

1/1: rest day (1/2 week)

WOD 1/2: (still sort of 1/2 week)

5 rounds for time of:

  • push press 135lbs x 7 reps
  • elevated pushups (2.5ft) x 20 reps

total: push press 135lbs x 35 reps; elevated pushups x 100 reps

completed in: ~12m
