- sdlhp (sumo-deadlift-high-pull) 45lbs x 25 reps
- air squats x 25
- elevated pushups (2.5ft) x 15 reps
total: sdlhp x 125 reps; air squats x 125 reps; elevated pushups x 75 reps
completed in: (i think) ~17m

- push press 135lbs x 7 reps
- elevated pushups (2.5ft) x 20 reps
