i hit a couple pr's during this workout:
- pullups + 75lbs x 2 reps
- chinups + 75lbs x 3 reps
did a bunch of mixed grip pulls/chins with 75lbs in 1 rep sets as well.
also did a bunch of clap pullups in 1 rep sets.
however, hit a pr:
- clap pullups x 7 reps (consecutive)

yikes btw i havent posted in damn near a month. this is only out of laziness, lol. the sad part is that in that time i have hit a ...bunch... of pr's, and of course i can barely remember them.
i know i've done a mod'd diane (w/185lbs dl and elevated pushups) and crushed my previous times. i did it in ~4min.
i can't even remember my other workouts. i did make up a bunch of workouts, however. i introduced crossfit to my new gf, who is a pilates/spin instructor, and so we did mod'd versions of many diff workouts. fortunately she loves it!!!
i also started doing pilates with her and she has introduced me to planks and other new exercises. it's all about variation, my friends.
