Weekly update

It's been a week since the last (and first) post regarding nutritional balancing. We've made some progress (or regress?) in that time.

L: So right after the last (and first!) post, L noted that she was starting to feel better. Well, that lasted all of about a day. Somewhere between Thursday - Friday (3/22-3/23), L started getting strep throat like symptoms. The symptoms progressed for the past week and are finally starting to go away now. She had white bumps on the roof of her mouth - very reminiscent of the chronic strep infections she suffered as a child, which subsequently led to the removal of her tonsils. The funny part is that she exhibited most of those symptoms (tons of congestion, sore throat, body aches) but her energy level remained high enough for her to still work on her dissertation and such. We're thinking she must have had a retracement as it fits the definition almost exactly. Of course strep is going around, but we haven't been "sick" in a few years, so we're leaning towards it being a healing reaction. On a positive note, she is much less inflamed and more capable of handling acute stress.

E: Have been feeling much better in general. My digestion has improved considerably with the start of the vita-mix, but it wasn't until i started the supplement regimen that my digestion improved tremendously. my digestive problems are much less now. i'll have full nights where i won't have any gas! maybe a couple pops, lol but nothing freaky disgusting like i used to have. the constant bubbles and then gas have reduced by 75% or more, i'd guess. it's been unreal. i had a healing reaction (i'm thinking that's what it was) last week directly after i ate some venison. liz was completely fine after it. i however had a bad headache centered in my sinuses above my eyebrows. i figured i was dehydrated so i drank around 50 or so ounces of water. literally within 15m after that the headache disappeared and my left tooth (the root canaled and capped one) started hurting like a *fill in the blank*. that lasted through bedtime. left ear was aching slightly as well. the next morning i was fine. no indication of either. since then i've been feeling pretty decently but still fatigued. however my energy levels, when they are accessible in the morning especially, have increased since the start of the program. it's been about 3.5 weeks at this point since the start.
