we are back! it was one of "those" points in my working out hobby where i fell into a downward spiral. life events, etc seem to get in the way sometimes.

my first experience as a personal trainer has not been the greatest. tho i am still chugging away. the certain globo (franchised!) gym i am working at ... well ... for all intents and purposes - sucks. barely get any hours. basically all i've done is sit clients down at a computer and ask them stupid questions.

i think i'm a personal salesman. so needless to say, this experience has sort of been like water on fire. but i'm coming back. shaking the ashes off and getting relit.

this time we have started in the back yard. the la fitness experience plus my employment experience have put a bad taste in my mouth over globo's so we are now getting down in the back yard. crossfit is coming back :)
