Really - Already?

WOD 3/26: backyard wod

11 rounds of:

  • feet shuffles x 11
  • walking lunge x 7
  • jumping squat x 3

time: ~4-5m (forgot to stop the stopwatch!)

that was a leg nightmare. my quads are destroyed!

WOD 3/24: backyard wod

  • warm up and cool down

have we been doing this for a month? can't believe we're still going strong. :)
