back yard brawlin

WOD 3/14: backyard wod

7 rounds of:

  • lateral hops x 5
  • pushups x 5
  • jumping lunges x 5

completed in (avg): ~2m45s

added some plyo into the backyard wod. all i have to say is this. we walked into our backyard and got an ass whuppin in under 5m.
