- Back squat - 310lbs x 2 reps x 5 sets
- Snatch deadlift - 275lbs x 1 rep x 3 sets
- Push press - 165lbs x 3 reps x 5 sets
- Pull-ups x 31
- Knees2Elbows x 19 reps
- Back Extensions x 50 reps
but essentially this workout kicked ass. literally. my legs are dead. it depleted any kind of glycogen i had. 2/3 of the way through it, my eyes were damn near drooping. :)
