Strength and Purity

WOD 7/7: catalyst wod
  • Back squat - 310lbs x 2 reps x 5 sets
  • Snatch deadlift - 275lbs x 1 rep x 3 sets
  • Push press - 165lbs x 3 reps x 5 sets
  • Pull-ups x 31
  • Knees2Elbows x 19 reps
  • Back Extensions x 50 reps
i only got ~6 hours of sleep, so that certainly was not wise. this morning i'm sort of stiff and lethargic. basically want to go back to bed. meh.

but essentially this workout kicked ass. literally. my legs are dead. it depleted any kind of glycogen i had. 2/3 of the way through it, my eyes were damn near drooping. :)
