  • Snatch pull - 135lbs x 2 reps x 1 set

  • Snatch pull - 150lbs x 2 reps x 1 set
  • Push jerk - 195lbs x 1 rep x 1 set - PR!!!!!
  • Push jerk - 175lbs x 1 rep x 2 sets
