Snatch pull - 155lbs x 2 reps x 3 sets
Rack split jerk - 185lbs x 1 rep x 1 set
Front squat - 190lbs x 2 reps x 5 sets
3 rounds for time:
clean (hang,squat) 65lbs x 5 reps
push press 65lbs x 7 reps
snatch (hang,power) 65lbs x 5 reps
time to complete: 4m48s
total reps: 51 + 17 = 68 total reps
