Yowza. Should I do a 4th?

WOD 7/9: catalyst wod
  • Snatch pull - 155lbs x 2 reps x 3 sets
  • Rack split jerk - 185lbs x 1 rep x 1 set
  • Front squat - 190lbs x 2 reps x 5 sets
3 rounds for time:
  • clean (hang,squat) 65lbs x 5 reps
  • push press 65lbs x 7 reps
  • snatch (hang,power) 65lbs x 5 reps

total reps: 51 + 17 = 68 total reps
