WOD 4/12: catalyst wod
ahhh...the heavy back squat. after setting the bar down on the last rep, i took the plates off and walked off like the bad ass i am (in my head!) - but i darn near feel like i could have ripped anyone to pieces - thank you testosterone.
nice way to end the three day set.
finished up with some k2e's, toes-to-bars and pullups.
good all around. was happy with the heavy single push press; strength is coming back :)

woo - numbers are climbing back up!
this was week 3 of catalyst strength. 1 more week and then on to bulgarian cycle? not sure yet.
good way to end the week set. happy with my performance - muscle snatch is 10lbs off my record. sweet. shoulders feel more flexible as well.
