gorilla like muscle?

WOD 4/3: catalyst wod
  • front squat 190lbs x 3 reps x 5 sets
  • snatch pull 155lbs x 3 reps x 3 sets
  • push press 155lbs x 1 rep x 1 set

good all around. was happy with the heavy single push press; strength is coming back :)

WOD 4/5: catalyst wod

  • back squat 300lbs x 2 reps x 4 sets
  • snatch deadlift 175lbs x 2 reps x 3 sets
  • push press 135lbs x 4 reps x 5 sets

woo - numbers are climbing back up!

this was week 3 of catalyst strength. 1 more week and then on to bulgarian cycle? not sure yet.
