Hold up, wait a minute...

WOD 4/26: catalyst wod
  • muscle snatch 105lbs x 2 reps x 3 sets
  • full squat snatch 85lbs x 1 rep x 3 sets
  • clean and jerk 115lbs x 3 reps x 1 set
  • front plank 30s x 4 sets

lovin the plank. also have been throwing a few hanging L-sits in there.
