- snatch balance 105lbs x 1 rep x 1 set
- clean & jerk 115lbs x 2 reps x 3 sets
- plank x 4 sets
- front squat 255lbs x 1 rep x 1 set - PR!!!!!
- squat full snatch 85lbs x 2 reps x 4 sets
- push jerk 145lbs x 1 rep x 3 sets
- front plank x 4 sets (max'd at 58s)
started incorporating the plank into the WOD after seeing how kick ars it is.
i feel like i need some midline/core work. it seems to be the weak link at this point.
luckily tho - i have discovered the plank. love you L! :)
