WOD 3/31: catalyst wod
  • muscle snatch 125lbs x 1 rep x 1 set
  • 2-position clean & 2 jerk 120lbs x 4 sets

good way to end the week set. happy with my performance - muscle snatch is 10lbs off my record. sweet. shoulders feel more flexible as well.
