Compound movements earn compound interest

WOD 8/20: e-squared wod
  • overhead squat 105lbs x 5 reps x 4 sets
this went a lot easier than expected!

WOD 8/22: e-squared wod
  • thruster 135lbs x 5 reps x 4 sets
got a lot of aggression and power on this one. liking the 5x4's. seems like a perfect combo at 65-75%.
