a round with some medium weights

WOD 8/14: e-squared wod
  • hang power snatch 95lbs x 3 reps x 3 sets
  • full squat snatch 85lbs x 3 reps x 2 sets
WOD 8/16: e-squared wod
  • deadlift 235lbs x 3 reps x 3 sets
  • straight-legged deadlift 235lbs x 3 reps x 2 sets
oh do we *love* the deadlift.

WOD 8/18: e-squared wod
  • push jerk 135lbs x 3 reps x 3 sets
  • split jerk 135lbs x 3 reps x 2 sets
great 3 rep week. a nice break from the 5-rep weeks we've been having. it was nice to start moving heavier weight again.
