WOD 8/7: e-squared wod
- hang power clean 75lbs x 5 reps x 3 sets
- full squat clean 75lbs x 5 reps x 2 sets
great ease in (again) workout. form was right on.
WOD 8/9: e-squared wod
- back squat 175lbs x 5 reps x 3 sets
- front squat 120lbs x 5 reps x 2 sets
another great ease in workout. did the squats as fast as possible. we are currently doing the LE ramp up template at 40-50% and 5 reps. going well so far.
