Do the plank walk, mateee!!

WOD 4/21: catalyst wod
  • muscle snatch 120lbs x 1 rep x 1 set
  • snatch balance 105lbs x 1 rep x 1 set
  • clean & jerk 115lbs x 2 reps x 3 sets
  • plank x 4 sets
WOD 4/24: catalyst wod
  • front squat 255lbs x 1 rep x 1 set - PR!!!!!
  • squat full snatch 85lbs x 2 reps x 4 sets
  • push jerk 145lbs x 1 rep x 3 sets
  • front plank x 4 sets (max'd at 58s)
back in the house and feeling good. stoked!!! to have set a PR.

started incorporating the plank into the WOD after seeing how kick ars it is.
i feel like i need some midline/core work. it seems to be the weak link at this point.
luckily tho - i have discovered the plank. love you L! :)
