A Mass Awakening

WOD 4/28: catalyst wod
  • front squat 185lbs x 3 reps x 5 sets
  • push press 115lbs x 5 reps x 3 sets
  • clean deadlift 205lbs x 1 rep x 1 set

WOD 5/1: catalyst wod

  • full squat snatch 125lbs x 1 rep x 1 set (ties PR)
  • plyo (tuck jumps/pistols/clap pushups etc)

WOD 5/3: catalyst wod

  • snatch balance 75lbs x 2 reps x 3 sets
  • power snatch 135lbs x 1 rep x 1 set
  • power clean 165lbs x 1 rep x 1 set

another great set from catalyst. numbers are back up to where they were before i left mass, basically, with a couple exceptions - but couldn't be happier about that!
