- plyo (tuck jumps/pistols/clap pushups etc)
WOD 5/3: catalyst wod
- snatch balance 75lbs x 2 reps x 3 sets
- power snatch 135lbs x 1 rep x 1 set
- power clean 165lbs x 1 rep x 1 set
another great set from catalyst. numbers are back up to where they were before i left mass, basically, with a couple exceptions - but couldn't be happier about that!
