Knock out blow..

WOD 5/8: catalyst wod
  • full squat snatch 115lbs x 1 rep x 2 sets
  • full squat clean 155lbs x 1 rep x 3 sets
  • front plank x 4 sets (not timed)
missed the tuesday workout due to extremely busy/stressful end of semester. 1 more paper and i'm done tho. whoo!

i almost forgot how taxing full squat cleans are. boy. they straight knock me out. :)
