Stability - where its at?

WOD 5/22: catalyst wod
  • full squat snatch 95lbs x 1 rep x 4 sets
  • snatch pull 185lbs x 3 reps x 3 sets
  • snatch deadlift 195lbs x 3 reps x 3 sets
  • front squat 205lbs x 3 reps x 5 sets
  • plank x 4 sets (30s max)
WOD 5/24: catalyst wod
  • overhead squat 135lbs x 1 rep x 1 set - ties pr!!!
  • muscle snatch 125lbs x 1 rep x 1 set - ties pr!!!
  • power snatch 115lbs x 2 reps x 2 sets
  • plank x 4 sets (1m max)
can't believe i tied the pr's so easily. is it the planks?
