new template!!! manimals!

WOD 5/13: catalyst wod
  • full squat snatch 95lbs x 2 reps x 3 sets
  • snatch pull 165lbs x 3 reps x 3 sets
  • snatch deadlift 185lbs x 3 reps x 3 sets
  • front squat 195lbs x 3 reps x 5 sets
catalyst has a new template! so stoked. he is combining strength and bulgarian into a 10 week template. this is beautiful! loving it! also done with my first semester of grad school!!! grad school is like crossfit for the mind. but thanks greg - this new template is enormously awesome. and we just got a new massage ball for our knots. thank ya!
