Just dead it!

WOD 5/26: catalyst wod
  • clean & jerk 135lbs x 1 rep x 4 sets
  • clean pull 245lbs x 3 reps x 3 sets
  • clean deadlift 275lbs x 3 reps x 3 sets
  • back squat 275lbs x 3 reps x 5 sets
whoo - a tough one. i've up'd the percentages on catalyst for the pulls and deads so i can get my deadlift back up to speed.
