A Lofty Goal

WOD 5/17: catalyst wod
  • clean & jerk 135lbs x 2 reps x 3 sets
  • clean pull 225lbs x 3 reps x 3 sets
  • clean deadlift 245lbs x 3 reps x 3 sets
  • back squat 265lbs x 3 reps x 5 sets
the pulls and deadlifts went a lot easier than i thought...am i getting stronger?

WOD 5/19: catalyst wod
  • push jerk 175lbs x 1 rep x 1 set
  • full squat snatch 95lbs x 1 rep x 3 sets
  • full squat clean 115lbs x 3 reps x 1 set
  • plank x 4 sets (20s max)
super excited to have hit a bodyweight push jerk. i think my PR is 190lbs or 195lbs. so close to the magic 200....i will get there one day!
