Overhead = above my head?

WOD 5/15: catalyst wod
  • muscle snatch -> 2 snatch balance 95lbs x 1 set
  • overhead squat 105lbs x 1 rep x 1 set; 85lbs x 2 reps x 2 sets
  • power clean -> push jerk 145lbs x 1 rep x 4 sets
  • plank x 4 sets (30s max per set)
ok so i am soooore this morning. let me tell you. love oh squats.
