11/19: rest day

WOD 11/20: hang power cleans (1/2 volume week)
  • 95lbs x 7 reps
  • 115 x 6
  • 125 x 5
  • 135 x 4
  • 145 x 3
  • 135 x 3
  • 135 x 3

followed up with a bunch of normal pullups/l-pullups/tuck pullups and a bunch of knees to chest hanging from the smith bar. yay for 1/2 week. my body needs it. :)
